UPDATE:

Finally got tired of this damn CEL light so took it to a shop. They tested everything ins and outs and all around the engine. Smoked the engine and found a leak in cyl 6. So I replaced the upper intake manifold gaskets and the lower intake manifold gaskets, everything looks fine. Still giving me the CEL. No cracks or anything on that cylinder. All looks perfect. Still getting CEL for P0306. Guy wanted $450 labor to try and fix it, told him to f off. Went to my other mexican buddy in Santa Ana, he said he'd do it for way cheaper. He got in there and said everything is fine and the last guy that diagnosed it didn't find the issue. He said cylinder 6 looks perfect and the only thing left to change now is the computer. He said something about the computer not sending a strong enough spark to the coil on just that cylinder, yet the last guy that diagnosed said the ECM was fine.

I'm so lost. I guess I'll try to replace the computer and if that indeeds solves the problem then I'm going to get my money back from the guy that tried to diagnose it...

Anyway this is what I have done.

New Plugs
New Wires
New Coilpack
Full Seafoam Treatment
Techron Fuel Injector Treatment
Compression check on Cylinder 6 = 150 = good
Brand new fuel injector in Cylinder 6
Upper intake manifold gaskets
Lower intake manifold gaskets
Checked compression vs other cylinders = all is good

Still misfiring like a champ and looking for some pointers. I'm so upset :(

Sounds like total BS to me. One of the 3 coils in the coilpack fires cylinder 6 and cylinder 2 simultaneously from a single PCM signal, so any problem with the PCM would affect both of those cylinders. The PCM has nothing to do with the "strength" of the spark because all it is doing is alternately applying or opening the ground for each of the 3 individual coils at the right time for each corresponding pair of plugs.

IIRC, it was misfiring in high vacuum situations like idle. To me, that sounds like either a vacuum or coolant leak into the runner for cylinder 6. But you also said that propane smooths the idle which means a lean condition like a vacuum leak. I know that you have had the gaskets replaced but that doesn't mean that the leak is gone. I would try looking for the leak again. Could be a gasket or a crack in the intake manifold or head.

Don't say that. :( The last thing I wanna do is deal with those ******s again, but I will if it is indeed another dud. I will go in there and raise hell.

NEW UPDATE:

Well I took my lunch break just now and I called my mechanic back and asked him if he was sure that there was no leaks or cracks or anything in the cylinder and he said it's perfect. He asked if I had the old coilpack that I swapped for the new one. I said yes and he said bring it down. I went down to the shop with my old MC coilpack and he showed me the new one installed. He started the truck and pulled the plug off the coilpack 1 at a time while running. Arcs were great on all except 2 and 6. Very Very Very low spark on 2 and 6 on a brand new coilpack. Swapped my old MC coilpack back in and all of them get strong sparks when pulling off the cables one at a time. Also noticed the check engine light went off when we did this and the idle seemed a lil smoother but still kinda rough.

He's going to run a few more tests on it with the old coilpack in and I'm going to take this POS duralast vatozone crap coil back and get my $100 back.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Coilpack fixed the misfire.
Cyl 2 has 110psi of compression.

Great, another bunk engine.

Na, I'll keep the damn thing.

Kar King's gonna get a law suit pretty soon. I'm giving them 1 more chance for a good engine then it's off to the BBB.

If it ran fine all day, then it sounds like an intermittent electrical issue, maybe check the wiring to the fuel injector for a short some where.
