looking for fog light harness on a 98

As it says I'm looking to find out where the foglight harness would be on my 98 2WD. I don't even know where they would be. I've looked up under the front of the truck but I'm lost from there. Any help would be great. Thanks.

The connector is on the radiator support. Somewhat behind the headlight.

I guess mine didn't come with them then because I just went out and looked and there is no extra connector. If anyone has a picture as to where I should look exactly that would be great. Thanks.
