synchronizer shaft

my synchronizer shaft is squeaking like a belt how do i go about changing it ?

We will need a lot more info than this. What motor? what year? what synco shaft?

it is a 2000 ranger 3.0 v6 it is the shaft that drives the oil pump it is in the back of the motor close to the top it sounds like a belt squeaking

Ok well Ive got no idea about replacing this. But with better details someone might be able to help.
