Front Bumper

so i went shopping today, came home, changed the oil, and thought......hey i should prob adjust the front bumper. looked around some seemed pretty easy. well, that dam bolt beside the tow hooks, must be rounded off or something. a 14mm wont fit, 15mm to big, 9/16 wont fit. i dont have a 6 point wrench, and a ratchet wont fit either. what the heck? i didnt have my big boy glasses with me, so it was a little difficult to see real good. i have a pretty good selection of tools. might have to buy something, but what?
I guess a 6 point wrench. 14mm?

I tried a 5/8, and it was way to big.
