Is this Normal or I need to change .....

The motor mounts, every time i put the truck in reverse or D i feel the engine movement, also i feel every gear change when I am driving, is a really hard pull, is that normal on the rangers????

check your mounts, and also check you u-joints.

check ur u-joint and ur trans fluid.

ok, thanks,

Now are the U-joint the same as the CV joint??? and the fluid level is good.

No, they are not the same but do the same job. Here is a cool little pic of a u joint, they are on both ends of the driveshaft.

edit: I was reading that link and found something cool:
