clutch is worn?

noticed lately that i have to let my clutch out alot further now before it activates..... and sometimes it goes into gear rough... dosnt fight it, but it dosnt slip right in, kind has a "block" i guess for like a half second before it goes in..... is it just my rpms arn't totally perfect for my shifts... or is it getting worn?

Sounds to me like either your pressure plate, slave, or maybe even your T/O bearing.

I could be wrong tho lol
