Icon8 Cowl drain clogged

I have a 2006 Ranger that is leaking water on the Passenger side floor. I put water in the cowl area on both sides and it actualy drains in the driver side but not the passenger sid. I actually took off the inner fender well but could not for the life of me find the drain hole or flap that is plugged with debris causing the water to backup and overflow into the cab. Went to the Dealer and they could not tell me. At a loss.

Does anyone have a pic or diagram of where I should poke to unclog the drain hole?
Thought maybe someone has there front fender off and could check.

look on the bottom of the door for the hole. put water in the drivers side and see where it comes out, it SHOULD be in the same spot on the passenger side. You will want to get this fixed or you will have major rust issues.
