Mount a cb with a manual

Where do yall mount your cb if you have a manual? I can't mount it on the driver's side any cause I am to big of a guy so no room. Can't do it up in between the sunvisors cause I have a OHC. I cant do the full expo console but maybe a shorty one in the future. How about to the right in front of the gear shift? I have searched and just find a bunch in automatics.

Single cab FTL!

What CB do you have? That would help narrow down a location. The size is the major thing.

Ya I searched and found a bunch of autos. I was just wondering where else are some possible locations in a manual truck. I saw a couple pics where yours is mounted on your manual. I think that is where I might mount mine.

With that small CB, you shouldn't have ANY problems with it mounted there. If anything, maybe mount it a little farther forwards towards the fire wall to keep it out of the way, but still accessible. I mean, after all, it is only a Ranger, so it's not like you are reaching from Cali to Timbucktoo or however you spell it.

We will see. I did not have time today to do it since I was working on a mower and doing out with the buddies this evening. Maybe tomorrow I can get it mounted.
