if you're in a small town...you're screwed

but if you're in a big town (100,000 +) you might have a chance, unless you have a huge police force

i won once because the cop didn't show up....big town + small # of cops = FTW

Slow down. I learned the hard way after a few tickets and raised insurance rates. I was going slow when they caught me too. If I was caught in my RX7 on some of my top speed runs of 150+ then I wouldn't be driving for a while.

Werd....

noting better then seeing a cop in your rearview and then freaking out but then realize you are going 56 in a 55......

Go to court without a lawyer the first time see what they do to you. then if they find you guilty, appeal and go back to court with a lawyer. Chances are the cop wont show up the second time and you will get off.

The reason it works like this is because the first time you go to court the cop will be there for multiple cases. the second time it will just be you and he will get paid less than if he were out on patrol and doesn't feel like sitting in court all day. Works in most cases... My neighbor who happens to be a cop said to do it this way and it works almost everytime.

If you got another ticket maybe you need to learn a lesson from it.

Most of the time, it doesn't matter if the cop doesn't show up anymore. The only way out is to get a lawyer. They should be able to get it reduced to improper equipment. But it usually costs close to the same as the ticket, but won't have insurance points.

64 in a 45 is excessive. I'm positive there is no way you're getting out of it, especially if this is "another" ticket.

Calling people names and being a smart *** on the internet is no better. But you couldnt let someone vent without flexing your E-peen huh?

The judge should give you a month or two to pay it if you go to court. Probably not going to get out of it, but good luck if you try.

Yeh chances are you wont get out of it. I know around here though you can set up a payment plan and you don't even have to go to court. That would help you pay it off.

Im just saying he is having a bad day already, just venting, like we all do. He doesnt need someone to call him a dumbass like he doesnt know what he did was wrong...I probably wouldnt have said anything if he hadnt made a comment about "*****ing on the internet" when he is "talking **** on the internet" Just uncalled for imo.

I'm sure a $250+ ticket given to him by a law enforcement agent was enough to make him realize he broke the law. He is just bummed out that he got the ticket, and doesnt have the funds to pay it. So what do people do? Make smart *** comments like thats going to help anyone. Like none of yall have ever broke the law.
