Mine use to make all kinds of noise, but it was probably because there where .22 shells everywhere in the defrosters ect.

my problem sounds just like yours. were do i get this damplifier? how do i apply it? has anyone ever fixed the issues completly? how do i take my dash apart? it seems too have very few screws or there hidden well?

a big part of my problem has been caused by the 12 inch subs in the back of my truck but i figure if i take out all the screws then put them back in with locktight it should be good.

the fender well comes out with a few screws, you can then reach around and get to anything you need to. my foam sound absorber thingys were out of place too.

you might just want to leave it alone. sometimes you'll actually make things worse because you end up damaging push pins and clips. but if you do, you might want to maybe stuff some sort of padding between the panels, second skin makes something but its probably costly.
maybe replace the plastic push pins and such with new ones while your in there, because they are basically one time use things. but yeah damplifier and padding will def help. you can also try and lube the surfaces of the plastic that touch eachother with some wax or silicon spray so they don't make noises.
