de-badge 2011 ?

Just thinking about taking the ugly to big ford emblem off the tailgate anyone done this yet is it glued on or is it bolted on ? anyway needs to go and maybe put a small one on the right side of the tail gate in it's place. any good looking after market grills out there that look good on a white 2011 Ranger ? Not bashing ford I just think the big ugly emblems look like crap :(

Tailgate emblem is held on with double-sided tape, but there are locating holes stamped into the tailgate that you'll need to have filled; then you'll nee to have the tailgate painted. Not worth it in my opinion.

Nope...my '03 has holes. I think they ALL have holes.

They all have holes, just in different locations. pre 2005 had the tiny corner emblem, but even that had holes behind it.
if you still want to take the emblem off. Use some fishing line and get behind the emblem and "saw' through the tape.
