that was back in 05? i think. anyways this is what i did...

u gotta take the bracket off that side, and re-weld where its cracked (in the bend) of the bracket. then, take like a 10lb sledge hammer and try to pound out the kink on the bottom. itll take a bit of pounding but u should be able to get most of it out.

now, u prolly notice that the bumper no longer has that slopines to it like the other side. what u gotta do, is loosely attache ur newly welded bracket. get a 2x6 and a friend, and have them pry UP on the bottom of the bumper with the 2x6. this will re-allign the bumper. then all u gotta do is tightn up the bolts and ur done. tho in a year or two u may need to retighten the bolts as they will let go over a period of time, i gotta do mine again.
