Line-X Ranger

Spotted the Line-x Ranger at work again today. I took some closer pics this time. Still just crappy camera phone pics though sorry.

Looks to have a skyjacker 4 or 5" suspension lift. Rollin on 33" BFG all terrains. Not a bad setup, but he still had the dana 28 rear. I didnt get a pic, but it was kinda weak looking sittin between those meaty tires.

i don't think so.......the Dana 28 came as a front axle.....it is either a 7.5 or 8.8 rear end.....and unless you really looked and knew what you were looking for you wouldn't know if he had the Dana 28 or 35 front........

looks good! if i had a trail Ranger, i would do that......it is guaranteed now to chip, scratch, or tear off....

with it being 4wd, it more than likely has a 4.0 in it......so it would have the 8.8 outback and Dana 35 upfront....

7.5 Rear my bad. Im pretty sure it was a 28 up front. Had 12 bolts on the cover. Is it 10 or 12 on the 28?

I think the Dana 28 was last used in the Ranger in '89. After that, they were all 35's.

According to the tech library at therangerstation.com the "true" Dana 28 was last put in the Ranger in '89. The hybrid, which is very difficult to distinguish by simply looking at the housing, was available through '97.

About how much would something like that cost? I'm not even sure how much a spray in bedliner costs.
