Icon5 Does a Body lift look bad?

Hello guys, I was wondering about everyones view on a 3" body lift. Should I do it? I have the tires for it, but was wondering if anybody was for it or against it. I know some people say that it looks a little silly if you look hard enough at it, but I just dont know.

Vs. what?

You don't have to change steering or drive train like you do with suspension lift.

I think it is more of "Why do you want it lifted"

Chassis lifts are for ground clearance, raising the frame higher, 4-wheelers choice
Body lift won't change ground clearance more than allowing taller tires

IMHO it depends on the truck. A ranger hides a BL well. All you'd need cosmetically is the covers in the rear between the bed and frame and re-align your bumpers and hitch.

The Chevy trucks in the last 10-15 years look horrible with them, he frame hangs too low and looks like ****.

I'm not a fan of BL's but that's just me. I'd rather have all suspension for my lift

That video is based mostly on changing driveline angles and making suspension parts go out more quickly. A body lift does none of that. Your suspension remains the same, therefore you still have factory ride quality.

x2.

There's nothing wrong with getting a body lift.

i think they look alright. I thought of doing a body lift but went to the suspension lift. You'll like the ground clearance

A 3" body lift won't look bad at all. Try to use the search function and you will see that some guys here have this lift kit.
