i've seen it posted around and i'm just curious what is the pre-key mod and how do you do it, i've tried searching for it but have found nothing but people saying they've done it. i have an '09 ranger sport 4X4 what would this do for my truck.

 

Pre-07 Ranger's have approx. 1.5" higher front ride height from the factory, so the pre-key mod lifts the front of your Ranger roughly 1.5".

 

ok and how do you do the mod or is it just something you purchase and install

 

get some keys from a pre 07 ranger and put them in. should only be about $30 or so.
