f150 rims on an 06 ranger 4x4?

What's a fair price for these rims here? They are older so is the bolt pattern 5 x 114.3? Two sets of rims. - Saskatoon Car Parts For Sale - Kijiji Saskatoon

No F150 had 5x4.5/114.3...

Those jeep wheels will most definately not fit a Ranger...even though the bolt pattern is correct for a Ranger(5x4.5/114.3)

Fair price? Cheap. Wheel resale values are pretty darn low compared to new. I'm talking like $30 a wheel.

I was wondering about the old school ford mags in there and if they would fit. Not the jeep ones man.

Smakes 08-18-2009 02:54 AM

i think all f150's are six lug no?

My 89 Cherokee wheels fit just fine on my Ranger and vise versa.

Sonic04Edge 08-18-2009 06:11 AM

Yeah as long as its 5x4.5 it will fit. Offset is a whole other story though.

not until 2004. Expedition was 2003 i believe.

Some Jeep center holes are smaller than Rangers. You can make them fi tyou machine the center bore.

wyldechild 08-18-2009 07:34 AM

I bet those Ford Wheels in the add are 5x5.5 bolt pattern. F150/Broncos 03 and before have 5x5.5 bolt patterns. Your Ranger has 5x4.5 bolt pattern...which means they won't work.

I'm pretty sure Shane is referring to the Jeep 5x5.5 wheels that exist out there..

# 55-75 Jeep CJ-6
# 76-86 Jeep CJ-7

weren't the 80-97 f-150's/bronks all 5 on 5?

Downey 08-18-2009 10:21 PM

edit crap sry read wrong no they were 5 on 5.5

Fx4wannabe01 08-18-2009 10:35 PM

NO FORD was 5x5. 5x5 is CHEVY 2wd 1/2 ton '98 and older. (my '71 chev is 5x5.)

Fiddy's 96 and before 1/2 ton were 5x5.5 (FS broncos included).

I was referring to the Jeep Cherokee rims pictured in the ad(because that's what they are). The OP neglected to provide us with his truck info. Those rims wouldn't fit my truck at all....and they probably wouldn't fit a '98+ coilspring truck either. It's all about the center hole. Bolt pattern is right....backspace and other things no. Cherokee wheels won't fit on a 98+ 4x4...but the 98+ 4x4 rims will fit a Cherokee. I found this out when I put my ranger spares on my old cherokee. and tried the vice versa. lol. Plus...those wheels are a complete PITA to thread the nuts on.

i knew it was either 5 on 5 or 5 on 5.5. i just wasn't sure.
