Doesn't take much. It looks like if you are at full flex with some twist in the frame it will push against your fenders.

Just watch it as you do it. Is the bumper welded or bolted on. Is it adjustable at all?

its bolted on......im gonna grind out the mounting holes a little so it is adjustable

thanks! id say go to the guy i went to if u werent in nevada. Im sure that stuff is a lot more expensive out there!

nah not really. if you remember my thread a while back about the bumper im getting, its similar to yours, cept it has two layers of tube

and im getting it done for 400 painted OTD :D

Im not sure i seen that one. thats a damn good price tho. He would of painted mine but i wanted to get the hell outa there cuz I was there all day. My price was with them lights n everything

Cool looking bumper, kind of reminds me of mine. We both have red Rangers and custom pre-runner style bumpers. I like yours though as it seems to have more style and goes better with the truck. What are you moving to AZ for?

Then added some more hitch support, and had that part rebuilt. Also added on two more lights and added a splash/skit type of guard around my radiator to help protect it more. I don't have any good pics of it but here it is.
