Call them and *****.

Call them back and ***** some more.

Do that a couple of more times.

Sorry to say it, but I've heard a few horror stories about 4wheelparts sending the wrong parts and it taking a long time, and more incorrect parts, before the order was straightened out.

Just call them a ****load. The good thing is from where you are going to be living you live only 15 minutes from a 4 wheel parts store.

I had a good experience with them. It was the Superlift kit that was missing parts.

not used, seconds are lower manufacturing quality than the ones that pass inspection complete. They might be blems (branded on the sidewall), or be more out of balance than allowed. There seems to be ways of getting them into the retail market at discounts.

BFG has a limit of 4 oz of weights to balance a new tire, or it's defective (or the rim is bad). Now if I could just remember where I got that from...

Call them and tell them. Make sure you don't pay for any shipping and such, it is their fault. I also have to call truckperformance.com and ***** about having to pay shipping on their mistake (same situation as you). It's $30...but hell, Im Navy, I dont get paid as much as I did before I enlisted!
