If it's just a stick on emblem, use fishing line. It'll come off easy with the fishing line, it'll be even easier if it's nice and warm. Let it sit in the sun for awhile.

i think that the emblem as rods that connects it to the tailgate. When i tryed to take my emblem off my tailgate i had to put it back on because there would have been 3 holes in the place of the emblem.

there will be 2 or 3 holes behind it and the tailgate is indented for it.....if you want it off, find yourself a tailgate off a '05 and older Ranger and have it painted to match your truck....other wise it will even more butt ugly without the emblem back there...

Yeah....looks like Ford decided to go cheap and use the emblems off the F series trucks. Just can't give our little trucks the big guy look.....it just doesn't work. Just like the side mirrors......they're huge on the newer Rangers....blah. Like a kid with big ears.

...at least that kid with big ears could hear really good. those mirrors are so much bigger than the other model, I like everything about the truck Ford did a nice job...IMHO

Two minutes at your local Mazda dealership at night should fix the problem. Practice the tailgate removal manuver at home first, so you can do it in total darkness.

Disclaimer...the previous text is a joke, and not intended to incite criminal activity.
Local law inforcement authorities will take approprite measures, but will hopefully take mercy on those who are forced to drive a vehicle with a pie plate sized tailgate emblem.
