I totally agree. You can make a thread about an engine problem and it turns into an aim conversation of when the next meet will be. Its a great site, and has great oppurnities. IMO the boards just need to be better moderated so that the specific topic does not turn into something it shouldnt be.

Eh, I see your point Q. However I'm not opposed to it. In my world discussions often take turns and broaden into other subjects. I don't take offense to such activity on a discussion forum like this.. Obviously I mean this within reason. Clearly "Ride n'low's" example is a bit excessive, but then I don't see much of that around here. I do see things like a question about attaching a rear-towhook broadening to a discussion on the importance of proper proceedure and safety for off-road recovery, which I see no problem w/..

The Ranger Station is having problems for a while too because Jim Oaks got in a car crash, so right now the forums are tiny, but I believe the tech section is still up. TRS' tech section is SOO very helpful

basically TRS is a great site but if you use it, WATCH YOUR STEP!!! it kind of reminds me of the "soup ****" on "seinfeld". you walk in doing what your suppost to do, when your suppost to do it and you will be very pleased, but make a wrong move and your f***ed.

TRS is a good website with lots of information, but I find that if you have a newer generation truck there are better resources out there. This combined with the craziness of some of the mods is why I don't post on there very much. Seems latly there is lots of political BS going on there.

I just reacently followed a link to this site and am VERY impresd. Just wanted to say thanks for building such a great site, and to keep up the good work!
