i remembered trailer brakes.....i know they help, but there are idiots out there who have them and have no clue how to use them.......i would hope that the 450-550 got larger brakes...since they have that large area behind the wheels they could run almost a 16" rotor....that would make some serious stopping power.......

i hear ya there is alot of MORONS out there that just think you can tow with out doing anything. you also notice alot of the Ford's are now 17+ wheels alot of 20's too so that might be a clue they upgraded it

the CURRENT Ford 6.0L
325@3,300 HP
570@2,000 TQ

ok currently TQ wise the Cummins bets the Power Stroke out by 40 ft/tq, any body that knows engines knows thats alot... ok i wont deny that...

ok the NEW 6.4L Power stroke, they are advertising this:
350 hp
650 ft/tq

they dont list at the moment what RPM. now it beats out the CURRENT cummins by 40 ft/tq and 25 hp...like i sayed before that is alot stock for stock.
One thing that is left out is the fact that Dodge is going to be putting the new 6.7Liter Cummins/Six speed automatic in their trucks as soon as the new 2007 Emisions regulations come in to play.
#'s are
350 hp
650 ft/tq
So its right up there with the new tt 6.4liter

ever wonder why someone dont come out with a supercharged diesel.....it would eliminate completly turbo lag.........i bet it could be done since you can put both a turbo and a supercharger on a gas engine....
