If i bought another hitch like the one i have on the back of my truck would it fit up front just bolt on since it goes to the frame? i would weld one on but i plan on BL within the next year or so but im getting a winch so i need a place for it to sit on the front

 

No it won't bolt up. Most people weld one on, wait till after your body lift, or get the supposed discounted hidden hitch that bolts on, then invert it once you get a body lift. A thread was made a few days ago, search for it.

 

do you know the number for the hidden hitch?

 

It's either 5014 or 5044. forget which.

Yeah...we just had a thread the other day on it with tons of pics and tons of info. I suggest searching "front hitch". We got at least a dozen front hitch threads in the past year or so.
