gas issue

Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some help I'm having with my 2011 ford ranger. It won't take gas at a normal pace. This started happening when I lifted the truck 3''. Not sure if its a coincidence or we messed something up. Anyways we have replaced the hose that runs the gas to the tank and it didn't help. We also tried unplugging to be what I believe is the solenoid valve and that also didn't help. The engine light isn't on so there are no codes. We've blown air through the venting hose. Before we rip the thing apart does anyone have any suggestions on where to look
