I bent my grille guard a few weeks ago and tried to straiten it out. i got the pipe back to where it was supposed to be but it isn't round any more. i was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to get back to being close to round so it isn't as noticeable.






Now on to a bigger problem. I've noticed this before but it wasn't this bad. The cross beam or what ever you call that the gas tank is fastened to is rusting out on one side. on the passenger side just in front of where the leaf springs attach. is there a way to fix this with out replacing it or do i just need to replace it. Thanks in advance.

 

cut the pipe out and weld a new one in there or bondo the hell out of it
