Green Air Filters
While at the Summit Truckfest a friend and I talked to a representative from Green Air Filters. They had a display with a fan and a tube with a ping pong ball in it. The green filter kept the ball up where all the other filters couldn't. K&N couldn't, FRAM couldn't, and I think they had an Amsoil but it couldn't. The filters are oiled but unlike gauze they use cotton that holds the oil better and doesn't risk you MAFS. They have a website and the prices are generally lower for a panel filter than K&N. They are based out of Pennsylvania. www.greenfilterusa.com

CAUTION:
I bought one when I first got my truck, after less than 5,000 miles it warped and would not seal properly into the air box. (It kept folding and falling into the bottom of the box) I did run one in my car and had no problems with it, but I would be skeptical of using them again. If you decide to get one make sure you keep an eye on it that it stays properly installed.
