Well fellas its been a while since I've been to active, I got me a girl, and you all know those take up time and money lol... But we make each other happy and thats all that matters... But anyway she drives a 95 Toyota Camry and I we were leavin her house to go back to mine before we went to work (thats where we met) and we were gettin on the Interstate and I rearended her gettin on the on ramp when she yielded to a Durango and I slammed on brakes and tried to swerve and miss her... well obviously I didn't and it messed up my front bumper, corner light and driver side fender... Well I got a 2009 Mazda 6 as my rental, and boy was that thing fun, I have a new respect for 4 bangers now : ) but anywayz, on to the pics...

yeah i rear-ended her, it the 4, its got 170hp and it was an auto but had the thing where u can pull it over to the side and manual shift, but I can't remember what that option is called. And know the rental wasn't free, but I will tell you this, I didn't wanna give that little Mazda back, it was SO FUN to drive!!! I would actually consider buying one of these cars. My g/f liked it too.

 

170HP 4 banger auto? You must have been driving your 3.0L too long.

I think the new 6's are secksy. I too got a 4 cyl. 6 when my Civic was in the shop. The HP may not sound like much, but it is quick.

 

Oh... and pics of the damaged Ranger and Camry?

Too bad about the Camry... that generation was the last one where Camrys still had any fun in them. The late 90's redesign completely stripped any personality out of the car, and it hasn't returned.

 

Not a fan of the car, but I wanna see damage photos. I'm a little curious as to your GF's reaction or what she said right after you hit her.

Just my opinion but it looks like a horrible cross between a prius, accord, and something else ugly. I'm sure it's not slow but I'm just saying..
I liked the looks of the old 6 better. And they got around 'okay' I just wouldn't call them quick, just me.

ok whatever, u go test drive one and you all will be just as surpised as I was... and yeah 170 dont sound like much, but it sure as hell was way more fun to drive and hellua faster than my Ranger, and as for damaged photos there are none...
Both vehicles are fixed now, just waitin to for my new clear corners to come into the body shop so they pop my ugly stockers out and put them in. And as for her reaction, actually she scared the hell outta me cuz she wasnt movin at first and she was lookin down, I thought she had busted her forehead on her steering wheel or somethin... and it turned out she was just kinda in a little shock, and surprisingly she wasn't mad, we were just glad we were ok.

 

that option is called the auto/stick or slapstick. good to hear your girl wasn't hurt.
