ALL offroaders are BAD BAD BAD!
hmm
this seems to be the idea amongst people in general, i dunno, around here there are a very very few areas where one can actually "offroad" I have been to most of these areas. and from my experince in these areas, as far as trash goes and what not, i didnt really see any.... it wasnt like people were rompin thru tearing up the land and throwing their garbage about... yet now, its like, land owners and the county/state/village/ whatever is closing these areas down, pretty hard too... putting gates up, putting Signed posted signs every 10ft. and, it appears to me, since i like to get a lil muddy once in awhile that people, those of us that like to get muddy, are startting to get desperate around here for a place to go for offroading... you can see it in the more roral areas... puddles that were once 2inches deep by 4ftlong are not a foot deep and 8ft long... cause people just wanna have a little fun... yet on the flipside, land owners are kicking people out pretty hard core too... so what gives? whats the problem? why are offroaders so "bad"?

Its like the old saying.. one bad apple ruins the bunch(is that right, lol?) As a whole, off-roaders are smart people who respect the areas they are driving in. But sadly there are always those complete retards that go out, just to drink and be ****ing retarded.
A great example is here in So Cal at a place called Santiago Peak (a place we've held meets at, including one coming up next weekend) was almost closed for good because of a group of retards. A few guys went up in a wrangler... drank... and drove off the side of the mountain. Their jeep caused a fire and because of all that BS the county was forced to close the trail. It was a long time before they re-opened the trail, and I know it was close to being closed for good. If Santiago was closed I would have to drive at least an hour just to find a half descent place to go wheeling. It pisses me off to no extent when i see people ****ing around like **** heads at places like Pismo, Azusa, etc. Whether it be trash, excessive drinking, or other stupid ****
[end rant]
oh and i dont know for sure what happened to those ******s in the wrangler but i would assume (and hope) that they died

oh i am totally against littering... and 110% against drinking period. and i can see where some people can be idiots, but why ruin the fun of many cause a couple were retarded? if i had alot of land, i wouldnt care if people wheeled as long as they took their trash with them, and even if a few didnt, i wouldnt kick everyone out.

mmm as for the private land, there isnt much you can do. It's really is tricky, but some people dont want people off-roading on their land, and they have the full authority to ban people from doing so. Its just going to be sad when certain people start (or should i say continue) ruining our chances on public/state/etc land

I agree with most of what you said. However, the fact that you HOPE that they died makes you WORSE than they are. No respect for life, but you want people to respect trails so you don't have to drive too far.
What's wrong with this picture?

Kindof of like religious nuts killing abortion doctors. That's not a political stab, jus a comparison.
Up here there's no were to offroad, only ONE place is blocked off, and that's cuz of a buncha hippies who live out there. Up north literally everywhere is able to be offroaded.

In our state, its called ' Liability ' and ' sue happy '. Seen any lawyer commercials on TV lately? I bet you do every day.
Why would I let someone I don't know on my property when they can hurt themselves and Sue me?

I know that the places that I went wheeling in Minnesota were posted that you enter the premisis you must sign a liability waiver to even be there. Just covers their tails.
I haven't offroaded since I played in the mud at a car show lol
They don't know if they are going to be doing it again this year. But I don't think I will go out there again anyway. Mud got into the wheels and a 400 mile trip with a death wobble will mess you up lol
