For the haters...
yea it doesnt sound like a big truck, but thats not what I drive. I have a lowered truck all blacked out on big rims. I was going for a tuner look and I figured that the exhaust should compliment it. I think for what it is its pretty good.
If i had lifted my truck, I would have left the dumped flow 40 on it. but the flowmaster wasnt really matching the look and I wanted something to fill the exhaust cut out in the roll pan

yea, i bet if I had went with dual cans it would have sounded better. but I dont think its sounds too bad for a little 3.slow v6
You cant hear the hatters if they cant keep up
At first I thought I didn't like it. Then I read how you're going for the "tuner look" and I thought, well now it makes sense and doesn't sound too bad. The sound compliments the look nicely. Good Job man! Your truck has a unique style.

Honestly, after listening to a ton of after market exhaust systems on ALL the Ranger engines, I think I'll just go with a replacement muffler from Napa. I am the type of person that loves a throaty sound, and so far I haven't heard it coming from a Ranger, even the 4.0.
Like has been said before, if you like it, who cares what everyone else says. I know a lot of people don't care for my Gen 1 Ranger or the snorkel on my Explorer, but I do. I built the trucks for me, not them, and they do what I built them for. Quit worrying about what everyone else "thinks". For a lowered truck yours is nice.
thank god it really doesnt sound like that! i need to get a vid tomoro of a drive by in it and then somehow get my camera mounted to my tonneau so everyone can hear how it pops when im goin down the hills on campus
