amen to that brotha. i mean yea i will prolly get busted on at some shows this summer, but at least some of my stuff is custom unlike some people who just have someone else do up their car for them.

hate it or love it, at least ive done all the work on my truck by myself. and thats a cool thing to be able to say

 

I used to know the owner of one of the better aftermarket shops in Denver, until stuff happened and they closed down. They would take one look at your fart can and laugh if they saw it. If you wanna go "tuner" like you stated with the v dubs, bimmers, and audi's, find a nice tuned exhaust system, like a Magnaflow and run it like that, not the civic style fart can. I already stated earlier I like the way it sounds, clean the fart can look up and run it with a clean exhaust system and not just a muffler from autozone.


Oh, and the shop, Sunfree Autosport (5280 Autosport), I used to be buddy's with the owners nephew who was into the lowered scene, had a S-Dine Xtreme with what??? Oh yeah dual Flowmaster 40's and had a 2.5" drop on it.

 

I've come to a conclusion... Fart can = fail. Is hat the general consensus?

Jeremy...if you like what you've done with your truck...thats ALL THAT MATTERS. I personally like the sound. Goes with the way you have your truck set up. Don't let some of these guys get to you. I get alot of slack cause of what i've done to my truck as well. Bottom line. Yuor truck...your taste. Keep up the good work on your truck man. Looks good!

and just cuz ive been taking crap already, ill come out and say it. i have LED underglows lol. i dont drive around with them on like a tard. i just have them on when im parked hanging with my buddies just showing off the truck. it does actually look real clean on a lowered truck. the cop thats in charge of the area that we chill in at night has actually came up to me and said they look great, but just to make sure they are off once I hit the main road. oh yea, gettin compliments from the authorities!

If done right no, but everyone around here has it where you can see the actual light tube and it looks like crap. Theres always exceptions.

 

Sounds funny. It doesn't sound like a Civic at all, my g/f's Civic sounds a lot better then that does. She's got a Ractive Catback system.

 

I always assumed that the only reason anybody had those rice mufflers was because there is not enough room under little cars to put a real muffler.

I hate to say it but it looks stupid. I would be embarrassed to be seen in, near, or around a truck with a fart can. And I believe someone already said, that is so mexican its not even funny.

 

Agreed but if it makes you happy thats all that matters. rest of the truck is pretty nice tho

i dont care what people say about my truck. its nice some people like it but it doesnt hurt me at all that some people are disgusted by it. its personalized and thats whats cool
