Hello anyone and everyone. Does anyone or has anyone swapped the heads on a 3.0? I want to go with the 8mm valves . Just want to make sure the heads will line up.

You understand that the 7mm and 8mm are in regards to the valve STEMS not the valve size, valve size is the same on the 1986 to 2008 3.0l engines, that never changed
8mm = 0.31 inches, so not a valve size

Only changes to the 3.0l heads were for gas only and flex fuel and neither was better as far as power goes

But yes you can use 8mm valve stem heads on any year 3.0l block
