heat problem

hi!
i'm new here and i may not post in the right place and i'm from quebec so excuse my english,i may not be perfect

so,i have a 2009 ranger and a few weeks ago my first major problem appears, before paying 125$/hour to ford for the ckeck up i prefer try here with all your knowledge.

so i have lost all heat in the cabin,a/c work well but when i set the temperature control to heat i have nothing.
the prestone pipe are hot too and i have no temperature rise.

so if it's a fuse problem, where and wich one could be the problem?
could it be the temperature control?

please help me!

thanks

Does the blower still work? If so, I would say the heater core may have gone bad.

Are you using heat already? If your in max ac you will not get any heat. All other settings you should get heat.
