So a few months ago I backed my dads truck into the side of my truck I've tried everything to get rid of this dent but it's creased and won't come out. Even borrowed a hydraulic dent pusher to pop it out and still wouldn't budge with 10,000 lbs of force. Now the only two ideas I have left are to either cover it up by welding a high gauge steel plate over the dent, or cutting out the whole quarter panel and welding on a different one from a junk yard. Any suggestions?

 

Pillar is rolled , and looks like the cab rear is bowed a bit, hard to tell from picture, looks closer to the bed than it should be, about 18 inches in

So yes you will need to cut out effected sections and put in a good ones
