Fog light options

I'm trying to figure out which fog lights I like better. One of my OEM fogs needs to be replaced, so I figured I'd upgrade instead of just replace one.

Two for stock.

I didn't think of putting stock fog lights as an option, and now I can't add it in.

There's also a FULL LED set (no halo)

I didn't really like these, so I skipped them in the poll.

Thanks. Was that something I could have done or just a mod? I didn't see a way to do so.

I chose: HID retrofit, fog light projectors with hand-modified foreground light increasing cutoff modification, painted to match the body, with a custom shroud.

I can appreciate the quality work that it looks like... but the style isn't for me. I don't like the way the projectors are half the size of the hole.

I had the second option you posted on my truck for a couple of months before the halos went out. Don't buy them. Go with stock.

I'd go with stock... if I had to choose from one of the other three it'd be the smoke ones though!

I can post some tomorrow. 2004xlmiller has some just search rigid industries and click on norcal minimeet. They are pricey though but you will not regret it.

I would agree with the rigids if he had an 04+ with the square fogs, they won't look right in a round hole IMO which is a shame becuase led>hid. Rigid said they are going to come out with a round dually so go stock until those come out

These could work just no Halos.

Did you se the E-Bay pricing… One set was $43 w/bids and w/ $24 shipping Fed-X, USPS has a $10 Priority Box.
Another set was $68 w/ shipping included… same price.

Too much for shipping.

I just looked up the Rigid lights... OMFG!!! I've been eyeballing those every since they came out... I just need to apply for a mortgage to buy those. :(

It's not the shipping that's expensive... it's a tactic sellers use to sell on eBay. instead of telling people an item is $xx with free shipping, they put the auction at a lower price and the remainder is put as shipping. Some people don't pay too much attention to shipping charges and think that they are getting a better deal if the displayed number is lower.

Two lower numbers seem cheaper than one larger number... even if the two lower number add up to the larger number.
