Horn

Where is the horn located on a 1994 Ford Ranger XL? Also is there a relay for it, I dont even get a noise from the horn, and I need to get it inspected. Thanks ahead of time.

Drivers side in front of the drivers wheel tucked in next to the frame roughly. I managed to snap a pic I'll need to upload the pic I just crawled under mine to look myself. Mines an XLT though not sure if its the same.
