How to completely remove seats from a 94 Ranger?

It's my first ever truck and I want to completely remove the seats and give a good deep cleaning to the interior. But I know crap all about this stuff. I mean, if I have directions I can do it but I need to know HOW to do it first, lol.

How do you completely remove the seats? Where are the bolts located and what bits do I need?

I assume you have the split bench vs the full length bench. Not sure how the full bench comes out....

Seats in general are held in with four bolts, one in each corner, and one or two possible electrical connectors that need to be disconnected. The bolts are either going to be Torx (unlikely) or a standard 6 point bolt. Remove the four bolts, unclip any electrical connectors, remove seat; repeat.

Thank you, sir. This is just what I needed. Found the bolts and removed the seats.

Thanks again! :)

You're welcome. You'll find as you do more to the Ranger, that for the most part, it's put together rather simplistic; once you get to know their habits.

One tip: Metric bolt son the inside, imperial outside. At least that's the 'rule' with my 99......
