Depends on what year model it is. Obviously 150k is a lot on a 2009 but not so much on a 2000. If it's taken care of, you can get 300k out of these trucks. There's a thread somewhere on here where everyone posted how many miles were on their trucks.

Honestly if it's me I'm looking at stuff under 100k. Between 100-150k is usually when more maintenance items need to be taken care of soon, or already taken care of. If it has good documented work history, then I would feel a lot better about buying something with a little higher miles. Anything over 150k is something I'm not going to invest very much money into purchasing and would typically be a beater or project.

Do you remember that exact mile that your Jeep died on you?

It reallly depends on how it's taken care of...

Mine has 188k and still going strong. Could use a tune up and a couple little things like any other high milage vehicle. A friend of mine has a 97 with 275k. He just takes good care of it and it just keeps on going. Rangers are strong little trucks. As long as you take care of them, they last a VERY long time.
