41K and I haven't even started it in two weeks! It has been sitting in my front yard with a For sale sign in it. 
I talked to the Mortgage lady today and we are going to see what needs to be done to keep it, It makes no sense to sell it for that low, the turn around and buy the same thing for 15K after the house closes, I might refinance it, and pay off the wifes truck, and forget about buying new furniture for a while (Only owe 4500 on her truck)
Wife's 03 Expedition has 86,000 on it, but it has been to both coasts, texas well into canada. The farthest I have driven my truck is western South dakota!
