How much for exhaust?

I have an 84 2.3l Ranger. I need complete exhaust done, everything except the headers. Muffler, Cat Converter and all the piping to connect it. How much do you think this will cost to do?

A shop will more then likely want around $350-450 for a catback and labor.

I'm hoping it'll be closer to $300, if it wasn't for these PA emission laws and inspections I'd just run a str8 pipe!
