i agree a little with this..

if its not in a projector it does shine funny but its not bad enough to 'Dazzle' people..

its fine but like me i cant use my headlights normal bulbs or HIDs im lifted and cant aim down with my brazilian lights..i have HIDs in the housings now i just use them when nobody is on the road..i go to work every morning at 5am so i use em in the mornings no problem there..

you just gotta be careful i have been ticketed and warned but no fines

Some may not be as bad as others but they make alot of glare that is somewhat blinding. Also, you drive a lifted truck, so your not as likely to be effected by them. If people are getting ticketed for them, then it must be bad enough.

well whenever a company makes projectors for 01+ rangers, I'll buy HIDs, but I have a feeling that will never happen...
