Satin Fusion was far too shiny for me... Redid mine in Fusion Flat Black and it was perfect.

Looks great! I have thinking about doing mine but like Shane just said I may go with flat black. I was also thinking about taking them off to paint them but as long as you mask it properly it's probably there is no reason to take them off the truck. And if you take your wheel liners out i think you can release the clips that go into the fenders/bedsides from the inside without messing up the clip or the slot they go into.

Exterior plastics on up to 03 regular XLT(not fx4's) had grey exterior plastics....UUUUUGLY imo....alot paint 'em.

I always wanted to paint the flares on my ranger but was afraid to see how they would look after lots of gravel, mud, bushes and branches. Same with the plastic on my sport trac. And actually I'm getting tired of having to put tire shine crap on the flares of my F150 every time I wash it because they fade so bad.

The fenders flares on my ranger had some good scratches in them from over-grown trails or driving through trails with snow/ice covered trees being weighed down, and hanging into the trail.

im trying to find fender flares for my 99 ranger off of a 99 4x4. ive seen some and i just wish i could steal them haha. they are WAY overpriced for freakin plastic....200 plus for a set?!?bunch of bull****, i hate it
