OK first off..

Thanks..lol

Second on/off

I got a decision to make
1. Get gears and LS installed for 200 bucks
or
2.JBA headers installed for 150

And another thing, i ordered a Borla Muffler, always wanted one, but, im scared, or really skeptical as to how it will sound on my v6 truck.

What do you guys think?

Nothing to it but to do it. I think the headers should go on first. It's cheaper anyway...

Is that JUST with headers? Damn!

Edit: nevermind, saw it was with "Headers, exhaust and ignition wires"

I'd go with the headers man. if your getting the Borla, go wit the headers too, kinda even the package out, the gears + LS can wait a few months.

I say gears, If you're looking to the acceleration you'll love the gears and LS. the horsepower is cool and all but I def suggest the gears

I think i am gonna go for the Headers, i have 4.10's now.... I just want that LS in there, a guy from work said he could get me a badass deal on the gear install, I told him i was quoted 200, he said he could do better, so well see

Im leaning towards the headers though.

Headers....

You have an open diff?

And the Borla should sound nice...remember what I had to say about the Bassani. Not an obnoxious Z-71 thunder, but more closely resembling the refined note of a sport roadster (Bimmer).

I need to write for Car & Driver..... :p

No vids, I'm a cheap bastard that would rather spend upwards of $20,000 on a boat, but turn up my nose towards a $500 camcorder....

However, Santa Claus is coming.....

dude you should definatly do the gears.... definatly you could do the headerds yourself and then get use the saved money from gettin them installed to put tword the gears... IMO headers are a waste of time... they make it sound good and add maybe like what 5 hp... do them gears man....

Depends on what you're doing. If I were focused on offroading definitely the gears/LS and if it's street then the headers. Combine that with other breathing mods and it should give you a nice kick-in-the-pants, I would think.
