my torsion bar bolt looks like this, and if you can see it the nut is all the way at the bottom. is this normal? im woried about the nut coming off because of how far it is down the bolt or worse bending it while im off roading. Attachment 57678 my truck looks like this after though it is perfectly leveled out its a 1999 3.0 v6 |
What year is your truck? Make a signature so we know what we are dealing with.
Return those keys. They are a waste of money and you should have searched around here first. The bolt looks too loose. The stock keys could have been used and all you had to do was tighten them (that bolt farther in then it is) |
its a 99. The bolt itself is on tight isnt loose or anything. the nut is on pretty tight i need a wrench to even adjust it,so its not going any where. Im just wondering will the vibrations from driving make it fall of if it is securly tightened? should i have 4 wheelparts give it alook it make sure?

agreed, get rid of that "leveling kit" and that blue stuff is exactly what bob said.

Just return the keys and crank your stock ones to level your truck

sear h before you spend money on stuff like this leveling kit for your future mods. it may just end up saving you some money and making your truck a little safer for you to drive
