To each his own is something you're going to hear alot on this site. If you want to lift it, a body lift is a great, and cheap ($250) to do it. Since your 2WD you are going to want to slap a bit bigger tires on there, too.

Also on the bottom of all of your posts, there is an "edit" button. Use that instead of posting new topics. Or you can just reply with another question.

dude...welcome to the site.

No hatin'....but......don't clutter our site with multiple threads asking the same damn questions. One thread is sufficient.

do what you think you should do. be creative. look around and see what others are doing to their trucks. if you like what you see, then do that.

I have a slightly lifted 2wd that I've sunk a little money into. You can look through my cardomain page by clicking on my username and following the link "visit homepage" or something like that. There are some pictures that you can see a 2wd can take you off road, but you can also get stuck alot.

In my opinion, if you want to do a lot of 'wheelin, sell your truck and get a 4x4. You'll be much happier in the end if beaches, mud, and rocks are your thing.

Welcome to the site. You can learn a lot about Rangers here if you stick around for a while. And I see you're from Houston... only 90 miles or so from me.
