Went camping...
And look what I stumbled across...
All I know is it's got a D60 Cut and rotated and cut to mid size width...
It's got a 351W and Let's say at 5'-10", on my tip toes, I couldn't see in the truck... That's how big it was... I want it! It's for sale too! $3,500!
Just thought I'd share!
The springs in the rear are really weird. They have kinks in both of them in the same place, so I'm wondering if anyone has seen this!
It's a beast!

Dude, that thing is a wheeler.... I'd love to have the truck and put on a genII body on it and re paint all the suspension...
I really don't know why they did drop brackets in the front either... You're right, they should have made new arms but oh well lol
6" blocks in the rear isn't a bad thing... That's what comes with a lot of dodge kits for lifts... 2 of my friends with lifted dodge's both have 6in blocks in the rear... Not uncommon.

it's a very bad thing. I hate blocks with a passion. They're unsafe, tacky looking, and did I mention unsafe. 2" is fine, but if it's factory. Anything above it it's scary, especially if it's stacked or tall, like 6" blocks. Axle wrap and braking compromise the stablility of the blocks, and I've seen them go flying.

I'll tell ya this, it ranks up there with seeing a transfer case grenade. On the trail if the block falls or shoots out, ok so make sure no one is hurt. On the road, 6" solid or stacked, stay the hell away from me.

It's a jalopy now that I see these not on a cell phone. lol.

I'd rock that thing without a second thought. It would be my mudslut in a heartbeat (though not at that price). But with a d60 and a (presumably) healthy 351, its not that bad of a deal.
You say that like its a bad thing. Lots folks love groundhawgs. Those are maybe around 38.5 and have decent tread. Another plus in my book. And a clean gen 1 body to boot.
You people and your fancy new trucks with rack and pinoin and whatnot. Take a chance, drive a deathtrap.

Well for one...I am usually the one to say a mud truck ISN"T bad! But thats a POS.
I don't even know where to begin, thats not even hack redneck stuff...thats just crazy!
I'd rather see a 3ft body lift (buggy style) than that :)
And BTW, just bc a lift kit comes with 6" blocks and all your friends run them, doesn't mean they are good! Just FYI, REAR lift blocks are terrible for axle wrap, especially if towing...which IMO is what a diesel is for (I know we might not be talking diesel)

Shoot, FWIW, the Hemi or the older v-10's still produce enough power to lay them out and spit them, so it's not just the diesels. Don't have to be towing. Drive it like me (hard and romping on it all the time) and they'll spit out unloaded.

I feel somewhat offended here. First, that quote isn't even the correct screen name! And....well.......I do have a deathtrap: 1971 Chevy SNB w/ a 406sbc crankin' out 450hp, manual steering, manual brakes, and no sway bars.
I actually had Ground Hawgs on my '65 International......38's to be exact.
