anyone know how good they are. im looking at their 33x12.50x15r open country M/T and i want to know if they have good offroad traction and how good they are on the street(mileage rating). i dont know of many people who run them and dont see too many people have them.

Alot of my people round these parts run them...seem to like them. But like the MT/R more though.

I researched them a ton on the net and was real close to getting them. Everything I read was positive. A couple reviews I read put them above the MTRs for traction offroad and as good on the road as many ATs. Biggest downfall I found is they are heavy for their size.

I know its a different tire but I have the A/T's and love 'em. The quality is top notch, so i can only expect the M/T to be the same.

yes very pricey but well worth the money..

i paid bout 500 a tire..but running a big wheel on a big tire costs big money..

but they are little more expensive then normal mts kinda like mtrs..

the toyos are awesome for off roading in. i had a set of 31's and i regret not getting them when i went to 33's. great traction in the mud and street. they are a bit on the heavy side but i put 20,000 + miles on them and barely broke tread, and i beat the **** out of my truck.

i heard they suck in the mud.. just what i've heard
they're supposed to be good in snow as well...

they TEAR it UP on rocks though, i can vouch for that because i've seen my share of trucks on the rocks with them. problem is. we dont have rock crawlers

they are pretty good tires. i have seen them in the mud and they do pretty well. not outstanding but they can hold their own. also, i have seen them get 40-50k miles on a set properly rotated and balanced..
