I'm 16

Ranger was my first truck, got it about 4 months ago
It's a 2WD and i don't know whether to raise or lower it...
or how much it's going to cost.

My uncle said he could do it for 100?

Welcome to the site. Do you like to play off road or stay on the road ane you into mud or speed? If you like mud and playing off road, lift it. If you like speed and staying on the road drop it.

Me and my uncles play offroad all the time, he's got a lifted ranger as well, along with a few other lifted ones.

But then he's also had a lowered S10, and i liked that too.

I was just wondering what would be best for the 2WD.

Use one of his for off roading and lower yours. Take a look at some of the pics posted by other members. Maybe that will help you with your decision.

a 2wd truck is practically usless. if you are gonna lower it for"speed" sell it and buy a car. if your gonna lift it pretty much have to commit it to be a pre runner, but your in bfe no where near the desert so it wouldnt be practical either.

That's a bunch of crap right there. Just because a truck is 2wd doesn't make it useless. I do some crazy stuff offroad in my 2wd and rarely get stuck.

You ask how much money, it all depends on how far you want to go. I have over 5k in my truck, then zabeard has probably at least 3x that. it all depends how much you want to spend and what all you want to do. Go ahead and post a pic. too.
