what happened to the axle code thread i need it

there was an axle code thread a while ago and i need to use it again and i cant find it does anyone know were it went it was a sticky but now its going.

why didnt he want it it was super helpfull im looking at an explore axle and i wanted the codes first b4 i went and layed under it and go the code and all that crap i wanted to print out the info and take it with me so that i would have it with me so while i was hunting i could find the right thing and im guna be looking for gears for my front axle too and i wanted that chart. do you think if i email him he will send me the info?

I asked him about it and he said it was a long story. I've found other websites with Ranger axle codes before. I don't have them saved anymore but search around.

yeah i will i guess i will make a new thread and they can make it a sticky because i wont remember those links and i would like it to be on the this sight for everyone. you know what i mean? and thanks stone thats very helpfull im just guna use that info for the new thread.

That is a good write up, but not 100% accurate since 4.56 gearing wasn't offered in any dealer sold Ranger.

I think those codes are for the southamerican ranger which IIRC did have 4.56 gearing as an option.

I believe you are correct. That gearing is used with the Powerstroke that is in the South American Rangers...

but everything else is right? like the explore stuff and the bII stuff and other ranger stuff
