would a disconnected and blocked off EGR system do this? System blocked due to egr tube rotting off at exhaust manifold. I have blocked at ex manifold and tube coming out of egr past the two smaller tubes that tie in from intake right where the high temp rubber tube is at that connects the two together. 1997 ranger ext 4.0 4x4.
