Lifted 1999 ranger

I have a 1999 ranger lifted 6in on 305s I wanted to know if I put a 3 in body lift on it so it would be lifted 9in total could I fit 36\13.5 by 16?

Most people that are double lifted run 35s, and others run 35s with just a body lift. It's the width that might cause a problem.

Not entirely true.

You can run 12.5" tires on just a body lift. You'll run into clearance issue with the front bumper trying to run 35's on just 3". However with 9" you should clear 35's.

I don't know of anyone offhand running 13.5" wide tires. That's not exactly a common size.

Redrocket's truck w/ 33x13.5R15 tires.
He has fender flares but they were off for the truck to get buffed.
