If you are telling me you'd spend over $20,000 on a truck then put $10,000 worth of mods into it. Put countless hours and gallons of blood and sweat into it. Then go and beat the crap out of it so you have nothing to show off for all your work. Then sir I would say you have too much money or to little brains.

Oh and that truck is definitely a dd not a purpose built trail truck.
i can show you plenty of rigs with clear over 50k in them.. and get the **** beat out of them on a regular basis..

its just stupid.. if you want something that's pretty.. don't take a prefectly fine truck and make it useless.. pouring tons of money into cars (to an extent) can still leave them available for a number of uses..

I'm done

IMO.. I kinda like the way it looks.

As far as all the ' tire kickers ' responses, lets see YOUR SAS'ed trucks put through the paces, then tell the owner of THAT truck how ' ghey ' his setup is.

Wait.. Theres a lot of complainers, and not a lot of ' do-ers ' once again.

nice looking truck, but i would put in a beefier axle if i was spending that much money on it.

i've also heard from tons of jeep owners that the D30 shouldnt be pushed hard with a bigger tire. but i guess its a hit or miss thing?

Whats wrong with a sawzall and a torch!? Who cares what it looks like if its functional then hell its a good truck. I'm sure many people like their trucks to look nice but you can't beat the fact that a beat to hell truck that is not in good condition with HACKED up fenders will out perform the pretty boy truck not just because the pretty boy truck doesn't have what it takes its just the owner won't beat up on it as much as the beater owner lol.

If he wasnt asking so much it would be a great start for a nice truck, but in its current shape, no thanks.

Too tall, Too much tire to be reliable.

Cut the fenders, lower it 4". You could buy a ranger and build it for less then hes asking.

i think it looks badass. as for the d30, jeep guys run 35s and more on them all day long. woopie. ive got my d30 thats gonna be goin under my ranger and we will just how well it does on and offroad. and matt you know very well how hard i wheel my truck. so it will be put to the test and back again.

other than needing bigger tires i think this truck looks awesome and it more than likely very capable of most of the stuff you throw at it.

That's your opinion.

Others opinions are going to be different. Somebody can do whatever the hell they want with their truck. If they want to make it pretty, why can't they? Why can't they put their money into a truck? Maybe they don't want to dump it into a car, or a van, or a semi. Maybe they do.

A lot of you so called "enthusiasts" don't understand that for some reason.

Good luck with that d30.... d44 should be mandatory for 35 tires + in the long run.

It needs some 41" Michelins, all the blue **** painted black, and an Edge conversion done to it. It doesn't even have a front driveshaft and the front axle is weak so since it's a pavement pounder you might as well make it look better/cooler. No point in trying to make it an offroad machine, you'd be better off building one yourself. Not bad tho, just wayyyy overpriced.

Thats why i'm looking into d44s or d60s. just bigger axles are my cup of tea is all. awesome truck, just a few adjustments and that thing is perfect! I'm not hating.
